Wherever possible technical support and training assistance will be supplemented by remote access to the client’s computer or terminal using the ‘TeamViewer’ remote access and file transfer system.
Click on the button below to download the Dox Remote Support module. Once downloaded click on ‘Run’ when prompted by your computer regarding what action you should take. The software will automatically uninstall itself when the support session finishes.
Upgrades & Enhancements
Upgrades are provided monthly under the terms of the Maintenance & Support Agreement.
Example templates for common forms used in hospitals and day hospitals are available to all client organisations with a current Maintenance & Support Agreement.
Reports, additional to those originally supplied, are available to all client organisations with a current Maintenance & Support Agreement. Requests for custom reports or for reports that will not benefit the general Dox user community may attract a charge for their development.
